PILATES is an innovative system of mind-body exercise from the principles of Joseph Pilates. Exercises are performed with an emphasis on proper breathing, coordination, and your body's awareness in space.
Pilates exercises develop core strength, long lean muscles, grace and self confidence, good posture and excellent balance. The movements are used for rehabilitation, sports-specific training, osteoporosis and much more.
GYROTONIC methodology is an exercise system using a pulley based equipment embracing disciplines from dance, yoga, Tai chi and swimming. Exercises are based on a series of circular and cat like fashion movements.
Gyrotonic exercises will improve core strength, flexibility of the spine, joint mobility, coordination, balance posture and alignment, body awareness and cardiovascular efficiency.
FELDENKRAIS method teaches you how to reconnect with your natural abilities to move, think and feel. It helps you release old habits and increase range of motion, flexibility and efficient movement.

JOANNE HAYASHI'S experience and passion for teaching allows her to work intuitively, focusing on each of her clients individual needs.
She is a trained Pilates Instructor who studied at the Stott Pilates Training Center in Toronto, Canada. For her Gyrotonic training she studied under Elize Kaplovitz and Master Trainer Anjali Austin.
Joanne strives to guide all her clients to become aware of how their bodies move and function releasing their restrictions, relieving their pains or simply guiding them to their fitness goals.
Instructor
FRANCESCA MIRABELLI teaches Pilates. She is a Feldenkrais practitioner, registered Movement Therapist and massage therapist. She holds a BFA in dance. Her Pilates sessions are individually designed to restore mental and physical well being, deep core dimensional strength, flexibility, improved posture and functional movement.
