PILATES is an innovative system of mind-body exercises based on the principles of Joseph Pilates. The Pilates method encompasses more than 500 controlled, precise movements designed to stretch and strengthen muscles without adding bulk. The GYROTONIC Expansion System is a holistic approach to movement that is designed to meet the needs of people of all ages and abilities. It allows users to stretch and strengthen muscles , while simultaneously stimulating and strengthening connective tissues in and around the joints of the body. The exercises are performed on the Professional Pulley Tower that provides even and constant resistance. The exercises are based on a series of circular and cat like fashion movements that improve core strength, flexibility of the spine, joint mobility, , coordination and body awareness. The benefits also include renewed energy, vitality and a sense of calm and well being.
FELDENKRAIS method teaches you how to reconnect with your natural abilities to move, think and feel. It helps you release old habits and increase range of motion, flexibility and efficient movement.

JOANNE HAYASHI'S experience and passion for teaching allows her to work intuitively, focusing on each of her clients individual needs. She is a trained Pilates Instructor who studied at the Stott Pilates Training Center in Toronto, Canada. For her Gyrotonic training she studied under Elize Kaplovitz Anjali Austin and Authorized Master Trainer Lisa Marie Goodwin-Rice. Joanne strives to guide all her clients to become aware of how their bodies move and function releasing their restrictions, relieving their pains or simply guiding them to their fitness goals.Instructor
FRANCESCA MIRABELLI
teaches Pilates. She is a Feldenkrais practitioner, registered Movement Therapist and massage therapist. She holds a BFA in dance. Her Pilates sessions are individually designed to restore mental and physical well being, deep core dimensional strength, flexibility, improved posture and functional movement.
